Another Day

Another day, what’s new? Life changes, can we change with it? New energies! New positives! New negatives? New feelings. New emotions. New thoughts. Can we adapt as quickly as the changes around us?

Do we limit what our bodies can do?

Think—Could I be making it more dependent on ‘certain’ energies? OR… Could I encourage my body to adapt?

How do we do this? Is it the same for each person? Or do I treat my body/my person SPECIAL?
